I was told to post a before & after shot of me to see if I myself see a difference because my clothes still fit the same. Yet everyone else in my family sees it. Here is a before & after shot of me with the same clothes. 22.4lbs down

    Oh, yeh, girl. I DEFINITELY see a difference.

    Sometimes its hard when its yourself you're looking at, because most of us are overly critical of ourselves AND since you see yourself every day you don't notice the change as much because its gradual.

    Even at 50 lbs lost I needed a side-by-side in order to really appreciate the difference.

    You look great - definitely slimming down around the middle!

    from what i can see in these pictures looks like you have lost a lot from your belly area for sure! that's awesome! you should do measurements (if you haven't already) cause that is a great way to stay motivated, even if you don't feel like you've lost much, the measurements will tell you otherwise!
