Hi Sorry to here that your husband is less then supportive, i would try cooking what he wants and just having a little yourself, if your having sausage mash just put less on your plate and fill up half your plate with salad ( that way you wont feel your missing out by having different meals, do this for all meals. keep…

Just did a swim today as I forgot my gym shorts lol

In total I'm actually only doing about 2 hours of cardio, and 30 mins weights then the rest is getting changed and showered up, so not really as bad as first thought.

Lol no any advice may help me to get things right, I love my workout and do feel guilty if I haven't fitted everything in, going to think about juggling it up a bit and mabe altonate days when I use treadmill and croos trainer, and see what happens.

I totally agree with this, I'm doing gym on my own and sometimes get intimidated while there but I hold my head high and rember who I'm doing this for and the answer is "me" . I have found this too, I'm going to try and get a heart monitor as my gym equipment always says I burned less then what MFP says for the same exercise so I se the gyms calculations.

Wow you look fab, I'm also curious to wether your skin shrank with you, my fear in loosing weight is excess/loose skin. Anyway well done must of been a long journey and loads of had work.
