I do watch what I eat and track my different carb, protein, dairy, and sugar intake. Part of the reason I'm back on MFP is because counting calories was the only thing that really worked for me when I initially lost around 40-50 lbs.

I'm giving up soda and alcohol and the sweets. The soda might be hard but if I can be consistent with alcohol and sweets I will be happy. Sometimes I just really need to caffeine to stay awake, that's why soda might be hard.

You might have gained some muscle mass since you've been working out everyday. Muscle weighs more than fat.

I usually just eat how I normally would have any other day. Rarely do I use up or even use my exercise calories. I figure it's good not to get use to eating more than normal and the added exercise is just healthy for my body to stay fit.
