I love my Polar FT7! It has the chest strap and watch and I don't work out without it! I found that the totals on MFP were a little higher than what I burned, so I really believe it's way more accurate.

I have mine set for 1660. I used to do 1400 a day but hit a serious plateau for 2 months and nothing else was working. This worked like a charm! have been averaging 2 lbs a week loss since then : D
