AAAAH I hate the no sugar diet, first it was the no carb diet, then the no fat diet, now the no sugar diet. JUST EAT EVERYTHING IN MODERATION.

I see around a 6lb flunctuation, up a few lb now but that's because of Easter!

I'm the same I'm hungry every 30 mins, I'm never really full after a meal unless it's like a buffet, I have to just tell myself I've eaten enough and have to stop!

I know if I do it every day I'd get weight but is it ok to go over every so often and not have to worry about making it up?

(fyi in the last few months I've put on approx 2-4lb but my body fat has decreased and I've stayed the same clothes size)

I used some butter beans in my baking before but I found it made the finished product a bit dry, the chickpeas definitely make the mix lovely and moist.

When you say PB2 is it with the water added or as a powder?

I usualy eat around 2100-2300 cals a day and eat back up to 100% of my burnt calories as I'm maintaining and lifting. I didn't my usual calorie intake yday because I was SO busy at work so I guess it could be that my body wasn't used to working out on a lower calorie intake! Thanks :)

Don't worry about sugar, if you eat 5 fruits it will in the red. As long as your others are green and you workout don't worry how high your sugar says it is!

I whip up a batch of these healthy brownies from 90-120 cals a slice! So much more exciting than carrots lol: Main ingredient is CHICKPEAS! Crazy but it totally works. Also these are amazing and come in at 100 cals a pop and can make them with your fave flavours: I always update my blog with healthy recipes... google…
