Thanks for the replies - i used a HRM for the 620 reading apologies for missing it on the original post. Ive used the HRM for an hour of me sat still later in the day and the reading was 180 cals burned for the hour. So I've logged 620 less the 180 = 440. Is 180 still high for a resting rate? Im 210 pounds so maybe thats…

Cambridge Diet for 8 weeks. Survived on 3 shakes and 100g or so of chicken a day for 7 weeks. Lost 2stone and fit in to my wedding dress...so as awful as it was it was worth it - NEVER again though. Took ephidrine (lots!) and lost a fair but - also had heart palpitations! Seriously too many stupid stupid things to mention!…

Well done on the loss Sarah - its nice seeing your BMI come down isnt it! Emma - the meal at Pizza express could have been worse - you still had the light pizza at least. This for me too - I had my birthday off on 8th of July - and still lost 0.5pound that week, i had a sensible breakfast and lunch, but had a large chinese meal for dinner, and loads of champagne and wine. Ideally for me, not more than once a month massively over cals. This is changed from someone who probably had a large…

Sainsburys have quite good workout clothes, and go to size 22. I got some bottoms out there (they come in short and long too), for £9, they are quite light material (felt like "proper" sports trousers) and are great. Tescos to do, but the quality is not as good, more heavy style joggers. Also - decathlon if you have one…

Great tips in the post above. I go through phases where i have 3 days/2nights away for work. Personally - i try and always book a hotel with a gym, if this isnt possible (i was in Salford 2days ago, and had to stay where i was running the training course), I go for a really long walk, at least an hour minimum, the DVD idea…
