Thanks everyone! I usually end up walking about 5 miles or so because of my little one. I'm going to try to fit in some aerobics that's fun for the kids to and maybe a late night job here and there.

I would say it depends on the amount of weight you would like to loose and in what amount of time you would like to lose it! If I don't exercise everyday I tend to slack so I've made it a must for at least 45 mins per day

I seen that show on mtv and it is possible! Her first week she onl lost 1pound from not taking in enough calories! She felt like she was eating to much and her trainer pressured her to eat more! Within the next 2wks she lost 14 more pds. It is p[ossible! The show will be on again this week on mtv

Yay for me! Xenadrine has been a huge help for me after each one of my pregnancies ( I have had four)! I just had a baby a few months ago and I'm plan to loose my weight asap. it gives me energy and controls my cravings! I only take half the dosage though!

A friend of mine always made pizza with hers before and after her surgery! low cal and tasty!!!

This sounds yummy and easy to make! I usually go to the biggest looser for recipes! I mainly do frozen yogurt, jello or fruit with whipped cream! Lowfat of course

Your right!!! I think it slow down how much weight I was loosing! I was doing good then when I weighed myself I couldn't understand why I hadn't lost anything when I was eating way less. I started eating more than what I was and the right amount of cals and now i'm back on track.

ugh i love soda!!! let me tell you!!! it took awhile but i did it in steps! I switched to diet soda and everyday just drank a little less! I buy it in cans that way i know how much and many i drink! Snack id hard for me to! I switched chips to popcorn and little debbies to jello with lowfat whip or fruit with whip cream!…

They are very could! we don't eat pork and very little beef! So beef hotdogs or turkey are yummy! I usually top mine with onions mustard, relish or coleslaw and a tablespoon of chilli.

I also used mederma! there are some expensive things on the internet that I read about. I never tried them. Mederma did fade mine and you can barely even notice :)

I've been unemployment since last march! due to pregnancy I was 178 in december and has since got down to 151. I have more time to exercise! Sometimes I got to the mall and walk. I treat myself to a diet soda if I do and buy something if its on sale. I sure do get bored being home all the time to and sometimes depressed

I'm the same! 2 meals a day is good! sometimes I have a snack sometimes I don't! even if the 6 meals are smaller is portions it seems a bit much

I do it but I get mine off of youtube! :happy: The workout is pretty intense but I've gotten use to it in just 4days and I've lost 3 pds. Bob is awesome. I do it for 10minutes 3 time a day!

I personally would wait til I was hungry! Everyone is different! But congrats on not being hungry! I usually wake up starving
