Ok, I have 617 calories left between 40g carbs, 24g fat and 47 protien. BUT....

I'm already over my sodium for the day. By 27mg.
And technically over my fibre limit. By 6g.

And I'm still going to the gym in a few hours for a good hour long cardio session.

What can I nibble on tonight at the movies (I don't care if I sneak stuff in) that isn't plain veggies?

  • popcorn with no butter is ok right? thats what we get when me and my bf go! I bring bottled waters with crystal light packs too
  • sunflower seeds! no sodium as long as you don't buy the roasted/salted kind
