  • It is my understanding that you are to eat back the calories you burn up during exercise. If you notice, they are added onto your total. At the end of the day, you should be as close to 0 calories remaining as you can.:smile:

  • I log mine the night before. That way I know what I am going to have the next day and already know how many calories. This is also helpful because I can add things that I already have in the house. Sometimes I stray from the plan, but not very often. I have only went over my calories once.   • Hi, I quit smoking, it will be 2 years this coming April. I did the Chantix. There are a lot of things said about it, but I had none of the "side affects" and had no cravings.
