Go get 'em Jenn! I'm glad you had a wake-up call at the doctor's office. I realized once while waiting for my car to be fixed that I treat my car better than I treat myself. I'm not gonna do that anymore.

You should ask him what he meant by that. We often hear what we want to hear or what we think they said. And sometimes what they are trying to articulate just doesn't come out right. Before assuming...ask!

I'm looking for all the support I can get too so I'll be adding you!

That is awesome. Congratulations on all that you have accomplished!

Mama always said...if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all! Some people didn't learn that. I do like the ignore button though :)

Glad to hear that you are cancer free. I've been on medication for a year for thyroid issues and I'm not sure I feel any better since I began taking the stuff. And no, I didn't lose any weight!!
-
I'm sorry for your loss too! You can do this!
-
You are moving in the right direction. 1 lb a week is very respectable. As far as I'm concerned, any weight loss, no matter how small is a step in the right direction. Keep up the good work!

I've been in Ashburn since 92

Daisy, it depends on how much weight you want to lose a week. The more you want to lose per week, the lower the amount of net calories you can consume on a daily basis.

Thanks Sheryl. I didn't see it there but will check again. Thanks Hauer1. After I posted I found it :)

48 here and I wish I only had 20 lbs to lose! I would love to support you and hope you'll do the same!

I love your journal. Congratulations on all that you have accomplished. You should be proud of yourself!

I'm new. Please add me. I'd love to have some support too!
