2 lbs!!! But it's been slow. I started in January with 15 lbs to lose. The first 10 came off pretty fast but these last few are stubborn!!

If you want us to be able to view it then go to My home/Settings/Diary Settings/Diary Sharing and change it to public. Unless you want to keep it private which is ok too. But this way people will able to see if your hitting your macros or going over on sodium and give you a few pointers. It helped me when I was stuck.…

I heard these type of things when I would do her DVD's. Her point was to go slow, control the muscle, not just flail about with the heaviest weight you can find. My thoughts exactly.....Up your protein, lower your sodium, get rid of all that processed stuff. I have a friend that hounds me about sodium!! You can do this but you have to research and be willing to make some changes.

TDEE already figures in your exercise calories burned whereas MFP does not so depending on how much you want to lose (let's say over 10 lbs) then you take 3018*15% which is 452.70. No....I have seen people post on how are they are mad at themselves because they made a bad food choice and someone mocks them for feeling bad about it. Then they go on to talk about their carefree weekend and how they lost weight on Monday. It's just rubbing their nose in it.

Stick to 1974. Your excercise calories are already figured into your TDEE. I am assuming that you set your activity level to moderately active (if not more).
