I love love love peanut butter and have it in the morning on my toast. If I need a quick snack....yep...a tsp of peanut butter. I add peanut butter to peanut butter crackers : ) It is absolutely NOT bad for you.

I am sorry you went through all of that with the loss of your family members and then being treated poorly by the company you trusted to help you. Years ago, I went to one of those places and weighed 145 lbs. The lady said to me "it doesn't have to be this way forever". I didn't go back.

To me it's more about the reminder to love and take care of yourself...that's what I got out of it anyway. Not to mention the fact that if don't net enough calories I can't sleep and start to shake a little.

I had a 20 oz. gladiator smoothie from Smoothie King for breakfast. Peanut butter and banana. 53 grams of protein!!! It was awesome. No vodka for me...I am allergic (some of you will know what that means) But Peanut Butter......BRING ON THE BIG JAR!!!
