    GW: 130# (by 5/1/14) so I'm hoping to lose more than 5# a month

    Being very careful of what I eat, running (4.0) a mile a day and hoping to start up again on the 30day shred.

    For Fun: What has been the most interesting part of the weather for you and how does it affect your ability to exercise? It's been so cold, I don't want to get out of bed until I absolutely have to and sometimes that is close to lunchtime. Isn't that terrible. I can totally do without winter anymore. :ohwell:

    Hey drillsgt75, somehow I follow you a lot! Hope you drink some hot water or tea, hot chocolate something to get you going in the morning. I am looking for ways to warm me up too. The interesting part of weather in winter for me is the scary feeling I have waking up to snow covered streets and then dreading going out there but needing to drive to get to the gym. Then, I feel I accomplished a lot by overcoming my fear and on top of that, I find out that driving to the gym is not THAT bad. :laugh: So still no excuses to miss the gym. I am going to focus on not missing the gym this month and not eating when I am not hungry.

    I live in Vermont and its been insanely cold with a wind chill that takes your breath away so I can't go outside much :( Also finding it hard to control snacking when I'm a stay at home mom stuck indoors all the time!!!

    Well last week it was really slippery because of the cold and when I was running it was kinda dangerous ;P I had to watch to road the whole time but I made it safely. Luckily it isn't that cold anymore so that makes it a lot easier.
