  • Like some other said, I too want to enjoy life as much as I can. But I think that since I work in the medical field, I realised that if I really wanted to live a long life and to be as healthier as I could, I had to lose some weight to achieve that Goal.   • I lost all my weight so far and I'm definetly not a clean eater, altough I eat way better than I used to. Still eat chips, ice cream or dessert every now and then and still losing the weight :)

  • Personellement je visait le premier mois et demi 1200-1300 calories par jour NET, cependant je me suis vite rendu compte qu'a long terme ca ne serais pas possible de maintenir ce régime, j'ai donc augmenté a 1500 calories. J'ai perdu rapidement 35 lbs, maintenant j'en suis a 1800 cal/jour, et c'est tres bien pour moi!…
