I just started walking. so far I've done 3 days, and each time I've walked 4.3 miles a day. So I'm hoping to keep this up. We can do it yall.. just gotta stay motivated, WE can do this.... Happy Losing...... One day One pound at a time.0 -

About three years ago I went from 280 to 160. I did it in a very unhealthy way and had to be hospitalized and nearly died. Im a single mom with a 3 year old. I was terrified I would die and leave her with nobody so when I got out of the hospital, I went back to my old ways and gained back to 256. About 10 months ago i started dieting again, this time the right way. Im almost back to my lowest weight and plan to keep going till I am about 130-149. I will have to see how I feel when I get there to know if I am ready to stop losing or not.0 -
