I have no idea what my lightest was in my entire life.
I am currently 365 lbs (gained 14 lbs not being able to work out per docs instructions)
My pre-op goal is 335 lbs.
My ultimate goal after weight loss surgery is 175 lbs.0 -

I am not going to put my weight done from when I was a teen, because its so unrealistic, I know that I could never get that low again, plus its not healthy, I am 35 and well lets face it ladies our hips are not what they were when we were teens.0 -

Yes I have a hard time gaining weight, not losing it. I'd love to get up to 220 again but at low BF. I was probably 17 or 18% the last time I got there. 220 and 12% would be nice. I'm around 205 and 15% currently0 -

Heaviest: 200ish...? I was living in a happy little denial land for several months, lol. When I got on the scale back in March it was 200.2 or something like that.
Lightest: Pffft, not sure. 150ish in university I think. Obviously I was lighter earlier than that too, but no scale. When I was preggers, I weighted in at 170-180.
CW: 186.6. Body fat of 26%ish. (considered in 'acceptable limits')
Goal: 160-150ish. I'll decide when I get to 160 and see how I feel0 -
