I am beginning to think that it may be my body shape. I have lost inches from my thighs and hips and .....ahem...boobs...but my stomach is holding on to the inches. I suppose some of it will have to go eventually. I hope to loose at least another 7 kg.. Fingers crossed.

It wont quote figures for losing anything more than 2lbs a week. Because its not healthy to lose more. 3kg a week is a crash diet and it can only harm you, not help.

I have started logging half of what the Kinnect says that I am burning. I found a really good website (wish I could find it again) that agrees with your heart monitor. I too would rather under estimate than over estimate calories burned. How are you getting on with Zumba Core? Is it harder than Zumba fitness Rush?
