Nope, my gym is closed so I planned for this to be a rest day. :) Back to it tomorrow!

I don't drink a lot of coffee but when I do, I don't make it myself - I got to Starbucks and get a tall skinny vanilla latte - 100 calories.
-
I'm a popcorn-holic and one of the best I've found is Pop Secret Homestyle - according to MFP one regular bag has 140 calories.
-
I get cold more easily because I'm losing my insulation!
-
I try to stick with the "low cal" section of the menu - I don't eat out a lot though. One thing I've heard of people doing is asking for a to-go box right off the bat and boxing up half the meal before eating to take home.

No regrets, but I ate two almonds that I didn't log because I like to live dangerously...
-
Wow - way to go! You look great! :)
-
I'm more shocked to see Dunkaroos in the lunch - I thought they stopped making those YEARS ago!

I'm a major chocolate lover too - what I do is allow myself a little bit every day - like a fun size candy bar or a couple of Hershey Kisses. It satisfies my craving enough that I don't binge. But don't beat yourself up - just pick up and move on and continue healthy eating. We've all had those binge moments.

I think you just have to wait the headache out - unfortunately that's a type of withdrawal. I had a slight headache for a few days after I quit. Excedrin helped (I use the tension headache one).

Skinny Cow makes pretty good chocolate bars (I like the peanut butter ones) and ice cream treats at between 90-150 calories each, so it easily fits into your calorie goal. :)

I love kitties - they're so cute and cuddly and I want to pet them and hold them all day long and I wish I had one...however...I am also HORRIBLY allergic!! So no kitties for me. :( But I do like all the cute pictures I'm seeing on this thread. I mean, why couldn't I be like allergic to...buffalo? I don't want a buffalo as…

So...story time. There was this lady at the YMCA I go to that I'd always look at and say to myself "I wish my body could look like that" - never did talk to her but always noticed her around - then one day they put up some new of their "My Y Story" series and one of them was hers. She used to be big, had health problems…

Amazing job !! :) You look fantastic!

I can easily gain 5 or so pounds of water weight and feel bloated beyond belief...but it goes away after Aunt Flo leaves town...

I took the 1200 times 7 which gave me 8400, then took my average of 500 exercise calories x6 (6 exercise days, 1 day of rest) to get 3000 - added them together for 11400 then divided again by 7 which gives me a daily total of about 1600 calories to enjoy, so on my "1200 calorie day" I actually eat slightly over and all…

Well, I'm a dental assistant so I'm incredibly picky especially about front teeth - not only would he have to have teeth but he'd have to take care of them and I don't think I could deal with like, yellow, jacked up teeth. I might not care if he had one or two missing in the back and still had a nice smile up front but he…

If it fits in your calories, then go for it. Yes, cheese has fat but it also has protein, calcium and vitamins, so I think a little bit every day is not bad.
-
I can easily gain 5 pounds of water weight during that time but it's gone within a week.
-
Yeah, I can't do 1200 - in fact I added up 1200 a day plus a typical week's worth of exercise calories and divided it by 7 - I usually eat an average of about 1700-1750 a day and that works for me.
-
I think Summer is easier for me because all the yummy, healthy fruits and veggies are in season and therefore easier to afford.
-
I've seriously considered it. I've always loved animation and in particular Disney so I'd like to get Tinkerbell on my shoulder blade area - there's this picture I've seen of her with her arms crossed and she's doing this cute little pout and I'm like "That's so me!"
-
I know exactly what you mean - at my gym in the weight lifting section there's mirrors everywhere and I do not look like all the ultra fit women who use the weights next to me, but it makes me want to look better so I keep at it. Plus, the people at the Y have been pretty nice - I've even gotten help from some of the guys…

People are probably going to hate me for this but Les Miserables. I've never seen the play, so I can't talk on what the differences are, but the movie itself was just so hyped like a year before it came out so I go in like "This is gonna be the best movie ever!" and come out like "What the heck did I just watch...two hours…

As long as it fits within your calories, go for it - I drink 1-2 glasses a day myself. Milk does have fat, but it also has protein, calcium and other vitamins that are good for you. And 2% milk isn't really that bad as far as fat goes (and tastes WAY better than fat-free).

Woo - since December I've lost a mid-size microwave (I started on MFP in January).
-
If you love to eat, learn to love exercise - that's what I had to do because there is NO WAY I can do 1200 a day.
-
You're doing well - I can see it. Don't worry - I couldn't see in myself until just recently (I've lost 35 lbs since December) when I saw a recent picture of myself compared to one taken Oct 2012 and I said to myself "Hey, I'm not looking too bad!" (Still have a ways to go). Even if you don't see it, keep it up - it will…

Vegetable curry with basmati rice from my favorite Indian place and an ice cold Dr. Pepper...mmm...

The food I eat most is popcorn - behind chocolate it's my favorite food in the world. Found out my favorite microwave popcorn only has 140 calories a bag - I make it fit almost daily into my calories. ;) Chocolate, I have a little bit, but there's really no low calorie option there (though I do try to reach for dark…
