I have Body Glide anti chafe that I use. I put it on before my runs and then after if I have a problem with chafing. It really does help! I hope it gets better because that is the worst.

I am at 1800 calories without exercise. When I run, I usually get another 600-1000 calories and I do that 3-4 times a week. I am one to definitely take advantage of my exercise calories, although I don't normally eat them all back. Feel free to add me as well!

You can friend me. I am also a runner, but have only been running a couple of years. I have run some 5k's and a some 10k's and 2 half marathons. I am not fast, but still get the job done! I need to add strength training into my routine so any suggestions would be great! Welcome!

I agree with idontknnowkind. I have only been running for about 2 years, but speed came later on. I have done 2 half marathons and improved my pace on the second one. It will come. You are doing it and that's what counts! Good luck!

I am from Cottage Grove, WI and yes, it is soooooooo cold here right now! I go to the YMCA to work out when I can't run outside. I love to take spinning classes or run on the treadmill. Of course, running outside is so much nicer, but not in this weather!
