Any kind of bread is my downfall. But if its whole grain, is it still not good? Other then that...it would have to be diet pop.

Will Do! Did the water, did the not eat past 7 and still working on the crunches. Can I substitute for sit ups? I don't think I was doing the crunches right.

I think I did the crunches wrong. I wasnt sore the next day. But I didnt move my neck and head the next time and I sure felt it then. Good Luck!

I fill up a big Starbucks container with a straw with ice, water and a bit of lemon (Dr. Oz says to add lemon to your water!) and I keep this at my desk. At lunch I fill it up again, then after work. So I drink 3 all day or more. It helps with the water intake. I would suggest you all think of getting one...they are…
