I weigh myself every morning. I used to let that dictate how my day is going, but now I use it as a way to keep me on my path to my goal weight. I don't worry about TOM, I just weigh in & make a mental note of it. It's kinds fun for me, because I actually LOSE weight before & gain during. It usually regulates/averages out the week after. UGH! Women can't win!
