Got up early with full intention of getting work done, with everyone else out of the house...nu-uh, didn't happen! Got what I needed to get done done though. Taught for a few hours this arvo, now getting ready for tomorrow - heading out to Rottnest Island to shoot a wedding! I'm so excited!

well as always, it's the end of Sunday for me! Spent today sitting on my butt doing nothing - stupid knee injury!! I'm dying to go to the gym or go for a run or SOMETHING but I know in the long run it'll be better if I stay off it for a few days. well it's the end of saturday for me - went to BODYCOMBAT this morning and aggravated a bit of a twinge I had in my knee - it's now all strapped up and looks like I won't be gymming for a few days - aaaaaaargh I might go crazy, my gym time is the highlight of my day! spent the rest of the morning at my instructor's house…

I'm going to do the instructor training for BODYCOMBAT! kind of a departure from the more usual new wardrobe thing, I know, but it's the one thing that motivates me more than anything else and I can't WAIT to be able to teach it (and get paid to be at the gym doing what I love!) :happy:

I want to burn at least 500 in an hour - don't think I've ever not gotten to 500 in that timespan and often it's a lot higher than that :)

you just gotta keep reminding yourself that while you may really be wanting the junk food/alcohol and it'd taste great - immediately after eating it, along comes the guilt!! hang in there, you can do it!!

well my day just finished, did BODYCOMBAT and BODYPUMP classes and caught up with friends for a bit - slipped a little with the food today :S tomorrow will be me getting my bike out of the shed and de-cobwebbing it! then heading to the gym :) welcome to MFP!!
