  • Ok I got it well yesterday I burn 353 calories. I at my 1200 and used some of my other calories which i still had 190 left of calories. My net calories said about 953? is this good? lol

  • Rice cakes tends to be dry, what I normally do is save the bread for breakfast like a slice and for lunch if I have a sandwich I will use a half of a wheat wrap which is around 60 calories. Or you can also try st josephes pita breads and bread ofcourse all low calories if you have half the intake! Enjoy! :)
