I am in depot at the moment, the first two months and gained weight because it increases my appetite, the water retention did not helped as well. But I started to control my binging and did exercises and then I started loosing weight. It usually depends on you:)

What work out do you do? I hit a plateau 2months ago and realized i was not eating enough. I'm 5 foot fllat and now weigh 103 pounds but i eat between 1400 to 1900 and i lost weight. I had this problem before and I've figured out that I have to up my calories. I was on 1400 before but I've upped it to 1600 sometimes more(I'm only 5 ft and 104 pounds). It depends on your exercise levels as well. Listen to your body and give it what it needs.

I just ate Chips, Steak and kidney pie and chocolates yesterday, I felt guilty but I just worked out and move on. Forget about it:)

I am on 1200 cal diet and barely feels hungry as long as i have 5 meals a day:) i love to cook so i use eatingwell.com for recipes, it will give you the calories of food, the fat content, etc:)

Thanks..I was confused because some people said they burn 500 to 1k cal. I'm on my third day and it is killing me already
