Belly fat is my weakness too :( I'm pretty sure that's where ALL my weight is! Not really any exercise that will just get rid of it, you can tone by doing ab work but still, belly fat is normally the LAST thing to come off, unfortunately D:

This may have just been me but didn't lose any weight during the actual program but after. The first month I only lost 1-2 pounds during the first month then dropped 5 pounds on the recover week, than only lost about the same during month 2, than dropped another 10 ish pounds the two weeks following. It is a very tough program, but good job girl on getting started on it, the first week is the hardest!

That is definitely a decent amount, GOOD JOB GIRL :) I personally vary in months, some weeks i won't lose any weight and the next I'll be down 4 pounds, our body's are very complex

It's with Jillian Michaels :) All the videos are up on YouTube - such a good program. Debating on doing the Ripped in 30 now.. We'll see!! Yeah - whenever i did the exercises in the mornings, her voice was the LAST thing I wanted to hear.. haha, BUT worth it :P

I'm doing Level 2, Day 6 today!! I'm always doing this with jogging every other day also, I like the program too :) the workouts don't seem to get any easier as far as the weight lifting - although I am using 5lb weights, kinda wishing I would have bought 3lbs :laugh:
