Still a work in progress, I'm 5'3 and started at around 195 pounds over a year ago. The second and third pictures are around my recent weight. I still have 20-30 pounds to go!

I like the Fiber One Protein bars, I have one at least once a day, they aren't bad on calories and fat, and also have a good amount of protein in them. I loooove the coconut almond ones :)

Your body only burns an extra 30 something calories a day while it recovers, I would just log what you ate and maybe make sure you don't go under your caloric intake goal today.

I have another appointment on Wednesday, She didn't give me any movement restrictions so I don't think I could damage it more, she just said to move to what is tolerable. I just wanted to get a headstart on some kind of easy exercise.

It's taken me a while to get it under control, but I use neutrogena natural bar cleanser and then moisturize and moisturize more right after, it's cleared my skin up a ton. I've had acne problems since I went off the pill :/

I have PCOS also, and THIS ^^ is your best bet, it is not easy, but possible! -I'm doing this all with exercise and diet, no medications needed to help lose weight if the effort is there! :)

I just had this happen to me yesterday, I was up 3 lbs from the week before, I drank a lot of water that day and when I woke up today I was back to my current weight :) i'm sure it's just temporary, hang in there girl

I normally work out right after lunch or dinner, then after I eat some kinda of carby fruit like an apple or banana and a lean protein shake within 30 min after the workout
