For me it is salty things like Chips. The way I try and avoid this is by eating more fruits and Vegies. They keep me full and losing weight. I also take on more protein. By doing both, I find that I don't get hungery and if I am not hungery, I don't tend to want to eat anything even the food I have to eat to lose weight.…
