Hello everyone!

I'm sure we are all here for different reasons. The main reason I'm here is to finally make my weight loss a lifestyle change and see what mistakes I'm making throughout my daily routines. If anyone need my support or feel like they can support me, please stop by and say hello.

    Slow and steady.... Just think about how long it took to get where you at today. Then think about losing just a pound or two a week. After 52 weeks, what does that look like to you? Are you smiling now? You should be.

    Congrats in taking charge of YOU. That is the 1st thing you have to do. Right?

    Welcome :wink: Good luck to you! Just make some small changes and take those and run with them.. you can't change your entire life overnight - It will make your journey a lot harder for you than necessary! Good Luck!
