Actually, walking does help with weightloss. I have lost weight, walking 3 miles a day. Any bit of cardio exercise will help as long as you get your heart rate up. Drink lots of water.

Good luck to you! My goal is to lose 10-12 lbs this month. I'm excited to try the BeachBody 21 Day Fix. This will help portion out my meals, and what to eat. I hear such good reviews on this.. I will also get other cardio exercises in as well.

I'm back into action! Last 2 weeks, I was so busy doing other things, and didn't eat right..but got majority of my exercises in. My weight was plateauing and stable. Now, I'm back and ready to hit it again. :drinker:

I will fix my husband whatever he wants. I don't have to eat when he's eating. I have a goal to achieve and make myself healthy. This is ALL ABOUT ME! It's all about control. You can do this....IF...you want to be healthy and feel good about yourself.
