    Just joined. 41 smh. Momma told me there would be days like this. I have always been a yoyo dieter. I would work hard to get in great shape think "oh yeah I've arrived". Then eat whatever I want, put the weight back on then off again. I always bragged "I know how to put it on and I know how to take it off just as easy". Mom was right not so easy after 40. I have hope and know the good I ought to do.
