    Hello, I am 41, get'n it done and have'n fun !! Actually, I have felt and looked better at 18 years old, my senior year in high school. But now I feel good and better informed.

    Loving this thread. I even have my two older sons starting to workout and get back in shape. Hope they stay with it! I don't think they liked the idea of getting their *kitten* handed to them by their old man...

    Just hit 30 days on the site, well, logging my foods that is, and I am 59 soon to be 60. I am not in shape yet but on my way:) I "look" small to some but I do have above the fat % for a woman my height. I am working hard to build muscle and shed fat. I do most of my working out in the great outdoors. I love it and even rain sleet or snow I will at least go out for a walk. I just scored a raft for the upcoming Pepsi Float here in my area. I get to use the raft all I want so I am planning to clean it up today and if all is going well, I will put it in the water tomorrow to start playing around in it. I will be wearing my heart rate monitor to see if I can actually burn some calories.

    I love mfp and it is the best thing that has happened to this gal for a long time;) I was worrying about my age til I got here and saw how old all of you are, LOL, I'm kidding!!!!!!!!:laugh: flowerforyou: :drinker: :drinker:

    I am 45 (and a half :-p) and the mother of three grown children. I think I can honestly say that I am in the best shape of my life right now. I've been 'skinny' in the past, but never as fit as I am at this point--and I'm not going to stop improving myself anytime soon! :-)
