Has anyone had any success with this app long term? I have been using it sporadically, however I am determined to go the distance this time! Motivational support both needed & given!! Ideally I would like to lose 14lbs.

Hi! I've been here off and on the last 3 years, but not faithful until 185 days ago, as of today. :laugh:
