5'6", 150 pounds. Most of my pants are a size 8, but I have everything from size 6 (that fit comfortably) to a 12 (too small) in my closet. US sizes lack consistency.

Like many of you, I really think about what it is that I am going to eat - still have treats, but much less. MFP made me much more aware of the types of food I needed (protein) versus where I was getting too much. Protein is my friend - on so many levels.

I am right there with you. I quit in January after 27 years. Lost two punds right away and the last after a long fight. That said, I only have ten to go and put my goal at .5 per week. But is is MUCH slower and a struggle. I feel WAY better wiuth not smoking and eating healthy/exercising! Here is how I am looking at it.…

Celery with any of the light laughing cow (I love the garlic/herb) or celery with hummus. Also fat free greek yogurt. Those are my go to's

Went to tulum in 2011 and cannot wait to go back! It is about 2 hours from Cancun. Othwr posters have said this, but I will as well - go see the rruins. They are AMAZING!!! Also Xelha was a blast. Have fun!

Hello. I moved to the desert (outside of Las Vegas) 5 years ago and had the same issue with my hair. My hairdresser told me the same thing - and it WORKS. I notice a huge difference when I do not do this. Good luck!
