Chocolate Chip Everything Bars

1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1.5 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 (15 oz) cans garbanzo beans or white beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup evaporated cane juice
6 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 cup applesauce
4 tsp. pure vanilla
5 servings (16 chips per serving) of ghirardelli 60% cocao chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans ( I used pecans)
1 cup cranberries or any berry you chose

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9 x 13 cake pan. Combine the first 11 ingredients in a food processor(not a blender) and blend until completely smooth, scraping down sides as necessary. Stir in remaining three ingredients, transfer to the pan. Bake 30 minutes, then let cool completely before cutting into chocolate chip squares or bars. I got 20 servings for 179 calories each
