I'm a Jazercise Instructor - jazzercise? YES!

Post or pre workout is a good time. The only advice I have is to avoid having one just before bed as whey is a fast absorbing protein, so its not the best to have before sleeping.
-
Me too. I eat it every single day...almost. I weigh 55kg and am 5ft 6.

Yes that is so true. As I get older, I let less and less people 'in' to me - I have always been a very reserved private person, don't get me wrong I really enjoy the company of others, just very few, and it tends to be those who have been close to me for a long time. In my mind, lifes too short to be everyone's friend. I'd…

As I get older i find myself becoming more and more nostalgic, reminiscing about my childhood and my teens, early twenties, remembering all the fun memories and laughter I used to have. Now in my thirties I enjoy time with family and have a few select good friends but I have definitely become someone who now enjoys time on…

I actually like it on its own - its delicious, just takes a while to get used to it. But try a little honey or maple syrup with chopped nuts or any fruit. Strawberries and Blueberries are my favourite :)

yup. it doesn't matter - move on...
-
Yes it tastes ike s***

Oh my god, my most favourite thing is a cinnamon bagel with almond butter. I allow myself 1-2 a week - they are too delicious not too.
-
I have trouble digesting quinoa, but I do like it. However I actually think bulgur wheat is nicer in taste and texture.
-
pepsi max - yay but only on occasion

bake her a cake

Almond milk or Coconut milk over cows milk. A little in moderation is fine though!

I only eat Quest Bars after they've been microwaved, I find the texture not that great straight out of the wrapper. How about making your own protein bars or muffins? Loads of recipes online. My favourite are Apple Cinnamon muffins, or Jamie Easons Protein Cinnamon bread? (on bodybuilding.com) - they are super quick and…

Sorry I actually laughed out loud when I read the title of this post! BOOB FOOD? I wish!

Definitely eat more. In the long-run it is better for your body to get used to running on more calories than less. Add high calorie good nutritious foods like the others have suggested, avocado, nuts, coconut, humus, things like that. Plus think about adding a protein shake in here or there.

Bran! Tastes so good with a banana
-
THIS and IIFYM -both work for me

Agree with the posters above ^^^ Avocado, Pulses like chickpeas are quite calorific, Hummus, Any cheese, Full Fat greek yoghurt, Coconut milk, coconut based anything, dark chocolate, Almond and Peanut butter. Any type of nuts are extremely high in calories, its easy to eat 400-500 cals of just nuts alone. I eat all of the…

brown wholegrain rice is amazing.... I eat it almost every day. I have it with veggie stirfrys and chilli, things like that which are normally seasoned with everything from Coconut to Satay to Sweet soy, to garlic and chilli, the list is endless...

I'm a Pescatarian also! Feel free to add me. Typically I eat things like eggs, oatmeal, protein shake and greek yoghurt for breakfast. Fish, tofu or legumes as a main sure of protein at lunch and a meat substitute like Quorn or Soya meat at dinner. I also eat greek yoghurt and almond butter to nuts every day as snacks.
-
second that. I actually find it annoying people go barefoot at work, or wear flip-flops.
-
Pro-oats! Make porridge using protein powder and milk and oats Or overnight oats (oats + milk + greek yoghurt + fruit/nuts/flax/anything else you fancy)
-
Good advice above. I stick to 1 gram per pound of bodyweight or thereabouts, and try and get protein in every meal (I eat 5-6 times a day). Its great to have a protein shake (fast absorbing) after a workout to fuel those muscles. Stick to this and you cant go wrong

Oh dear. Eating two of anything isn't really a BINGE is it? Come on now, what a ridiculous statement

Oh and the BEST book you can invest in is: The New Rules of Lifting for Women: Lift Like a Man, Look Like a Goddess
