Full fat or Skinny?
What do you think is a healthier choice when it comes to ordering a coffee in Starbucks or a coffee shop? I normally order a Cappuccino as I enjoy stronger coffee, but I know the "skinny" option means there is more sugars in the milk. And I know alot of people say the full fat is ok in moderation if you can afford the…

Calories on rest days
Something I am unsure about, as I tend to eat the same net calories every day - around 1700. Then one day a week I go over as I usually eat a 'cheat' meal. Do people eat the same amount of calories on the day you are not working out?

Not fitness related but someone may relate....
My partner's reclusive lifestyle has started to really bother me, even though it's been like this for years.weve been together for 7 years, and in the beginning he had a couple of friends (mainly from work) that he would see socially, although he was never the type who would go out a lot, just occasionally. Then he kind of…

Zig Zag dieting
I want to ask some advice on zig-zag dieting - I have followed a training and diet plan for 3 months which included carb cycling (5 low days and 2 high days in a week). But I read somewhere it was better to zig-zag your high carb low carb days if your body fat is 23% or under. So the pattern is more like this: 2 high 2 low…

Stevia
What are people's opinions on Stevia? I have read some negative information regarding the side effects, but it would seem that hasn't been enough research done to find out the long term effects of using this as a sugar substitute. Anyone had any negative effects from it? On it's own what does it taste like?
