Hee! I logged on to post my smoothie recipe -- I was gonna call it a PB Cup! When the liquid's gone, there's crunchy spoonable goodness left over in the bottom of the glass. Yum!

    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt (I use Chobani for the extra cultures and non-rBST treated milk)
1 tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter
1 tbsp chocolate syrup (but you could use coca powder)
    1 tbsp ground flax seeds
    handfull Dark Chocolate Cheerios
    6 ice cubes

If you really need them, throw some in. Not that hard.

Sounds good, OP! My gym offers one that's similar and it's delish! I've been wanting to try adding the PB2 since I'd rather not add the peanut butter calories.

Yes - good call! I sometimes use PB2 actually, to save calories. The chocolate one is really good!
