Hi there - I have completed the first Kayla Itsines 12 week plan, and now am going to start her 2nd Bikini Body Guide. Its great, and I like the variety of the workouts, because its always changing up, so your body is always being challenged. They are HARD though, especially in the last few weeks of the programme. The good…

I'm on week 10 and have had great results! It is tough though, but each workout only lasts half an hour, which I really love. Personally I don't think you need the nutrition plan as well as its VERY basic and most of is just common sense, just eating non processed foods and getting a good healthy balance of quality macros…

800 calories of alcohol in a day? Forget about weight gain, that is going to hurt your liver.

Ditto. Have you actually seen or heard that woman who wrote it? Rory whassherface. Complete. Fruitloop.

I was merely offering some advice - this is a forum remember. I thought you established in your first post that Graze products had changed and you didn't like them any more.. "I used to have Graze snacks and breakfast boxes. But since when they changed the porridges I couldn't find anything of my satisfaction any more" I…

800-1000 calories? Say whaaat? Are you serious? I hope you're not working out as well to put yourself into even more of a deficit? Have you ever used a calculator to work out your BMR? I seriously recommend that you do. Don't be afraid to eat!

What was so good about Graze porridge? Was it the sugary taste in it you liked? I always go for plain oats or oatmeal and add things into it to make my own, I actually hate the flavoured ones because they have too much sugar in them. I add cinnamon, or warmed banana, and warmed blueberries (always tastes better warmed)…

I eat plain Greek yoghurt and fruit every day! It has not hindered my steady weight loss. Greek yoghurt is the best type to be eating though (plain) as its most nutrient dense and higher in protein. Don't buy any of those crappy 'low fat' 'diet' yoghurts which are full of sugar.

The Nutri-Bullet comes with a decent recipe book, but there are soooo many recipes you can try!! My favourite is either a Vanilla protein Banana Strawberry Almond milk shake. Or a green smoothie with Spinach/Kale, Coconut water, lemon juice, ginger, apple and celery.

You could get a set of dumbbells - perhaps with enough weight so you can work your upper body, but also for weighted lunges etc. Thats a good starting point. Or look at kettle bells - theres a ton of effective workouts you can do with those.

I eat rice almost very day - mainly wholegrain/brown rice, but I do eat white pilau rice too as its delicious. If you are in a calorie deficit, you can eat rice still! I have lost weight and never cut back on eating rice, I just tend to eat smaller portions (40-50g).

You don't need weights - use your own weight! Try resistance type circuits using exercises like burpees, press-ups, tricep dips, skipping, planks, crunches, jumping lunges, squats, medicine ball clean and press. Try doing 4 exercises in 7 minutes, then repeating 2-3 times.

My experience is bot exactly the same but I have a boyf who is depressed and has changed in a similar way. My boyfriend used to be social and used to like 'going out' with me...like on dates night etc. but for the past 2-3 years he's never initiated a date or even suggested going out. He doesn't have a job (freelances at…

Oh my - that looks like heaven!

I add Unsweetened almond milk to my smoothies and protein shakes as its adds flavour and 'milkiness' without the calories. I think thats why you find most people prefer it when sticking to a calorie count. Whereas Cows milk adds at least 100 cals or so and also contains hormones, bacteria, increases bloating and goodness…

Two words: JUMP. ROPE. 15- 20 mins is all you need.

This post made me smile! Great little story, and I would have felt the same - everyone likes a little ego boost from time to time. So what if a guy says 'Nice *kitten*!' Is it offensive? Maybe to some - but it's not like they were trying to do anything else, just express their appreciation of a lady's body. Be it…

They look nasty! I make zucchini noodles/pasta with a julienne peeler - low carb and nutritious!

NutriBullet wins! - had mine for over a year and its the best kitchen gadget I've ever purchased by far. I use it every day. So its got a 1200 kw motor so Its more powerful than a MagicBullet -it can break down the tough fibres in fruits/veggies. Heck I even put nuts in mine. BUY IT!

Men they make noises like dinosaurs when they benchpress. RAAAAAAWWRRRRRRRRRRR

Well I love the adrenalin rush and endorphins post workout. It makes me feel lean and strong, and also means I can eat more :)

Cellucor Whey - Whipped Vanilla. Its like ice cream. Best vanilla protein I've ever had... and I've tried A LOT.

ALMOND BUTTER is the best!! I can't go one day without it

I stopped lifting 4 x week, because I didn't like how my body was looking (I bulk quickly) - my upper body especially my shoulders and arms started looking too defined because I hardly carry any body fat in those areas, hence the muscle showed pretty quick. Even a personal trainer at the gym asked if I was training for a…

I'm doing the plan! I usually do each circuit twice or one and a half times in a 7 minute period. So it goes: C1 as many times in - 7 minutes C2 as many times in- 7 minutes C1 as many times in- 7 minutes C2 -as many times in 7 minutes Hope that helps!
