I log cleaning only when it is strenuous! Today I cleaned for 3 hours and I was sweating!!! Gonna log it for sure but probably only 2 hours of it.

I usually run by myself in the evening but in well lit areas. Still makes me nervous sometimes. I'd say...be careful! Does anyone have a dog you could borrow to run with?

I think if you are being tested on a treadmill than you should practice on that. If you are being tested outside than I'd run outside! If you don't know, then I'd run outside. I'm just shy of 5'8" (quarter inch maybe but I say I'm 5'8"...lol). I am currently 147 and shooting for 140. I was 137 at my lightest a year ago just before I got pregnant with my 4th child. I weigh myself multiple times a day (I have a problem...I know). So I only count the one on Monday morning and record it whether it is up or down from the previous week.

Well I had a life-changing injury...sort of. On October 28th I had an emergency c-section. I know, not life-changing, but 68 days after my premature son was born he passed away. So it is life changing. Mentally and emotionally (even spiritually) I was destroyed. And the c-section is taking me forever to bounce back…

I have a cheat day every Sunday but I don't go buck wild. I still drink tonnes of water and even do some light exercising but I allow myself the stuff I'm craving like mad. However, this was week 1 of my new regime so I can't help with long term experiences. I was down this week in both weight and inches:)

I'm pretty much sore all of the time since I started weight training and running. I find yoga really helps to stretch everything out. There are also some supplements that you can take to help with the soreness and they really work!
