Thanks for sharing your story. Great job!

Excellent job!!!

Feel free to add me too:) I'm a mom to 3. My daughters are 11 and 9 and my son is 4. I'm returning to school (part time) so I feel like I have very little time. I actually tried to incorporate some exercise into doing laundry because I'm so strapped for free time! ha, ha.

I'm in an interracial marriage, my brothers are as well...my parents are also an interracial couple. In our family there are English, Portuguese, Indo-Canadian, Japanese and Kenyan heritages. Pretty sweet, I think:)

I met my hubby at a bar shortly after I turned 19 and before he turned 24. We've been together 12 years and married 11. We've had 4 children (rest in peace sweet David). Marriage is a lot of work and I find it encouraging to see so many great stories:)

I 3rd that!

Holy moly....well done!

Awesome job. You look fantastic!!!

Diet advice: Watch your portions...finishing your plate isn't necessary. You don't have to be stuffed! Fitness advice: Find something that you love to do and do it as often as possible. Lots of people hate going to the gym so it becomes a willpower thing. If you love something you'll do it and get exercise as a bonus.

I'm half Welsh half Portuguese. People usually think I'm French or Australian...I dunno why!?!

Big difference!

Sounds like a plan:)

You've lost a tonne off of your back! Wow.

Mine is a picture of my husband with my kids and niece at my nieces "petting zoo" birthday party....we are all getting ready to take a tractor ride around the farm.

Hmmmmm. Sounds interesting. My only concern is that Raid comes in Aerosol cans and I'm afraid to eat and smoke at the same time. Does it come in any other form?

Great Job!!! Such a huge difference. It's going to be so worth it on your wedding and honeymoon when you feel fantastic and look great:) Keep it up.

Holy Moly!!! Great job!!! As for cardio making you fat...I would like to disagree. However, I do believe you should do weight training but I don't think you have to avoid cardio!

I love doing squats to Drop It Low by Ester Dean! ha, ha. Another one I love (older) is Put Your Hands Up by Fatman Scoop. I also like David Guetta's Titanium.

Also TMI...I'm on blood thinners so when I have my heavy flow days and I work out - I gush. Almost passed out 2 months ago. Not worth it. I just do moderate workouts if I can leave the house!

French bread and Coca-Cola...yikes.

I only ever smoke cigars when I'm super drunk. I don't really drink anymore though. Plus, I was usually too drunk to care what kind of cigar I had!!! lol

But I did type in "sex" in the exercise section and was surprised it didn't have anything associated with it. It would get too confusing I guess...so many categories: Top, missionary, very vigorous effort? lol
-
I log cleaning but only the vigorous stuff (but record it as light). I don't record walking around with my kids, the soccer practices I coach (demonstrate drills), light cleaning, sex (although it can be very vigorous exercise....lol), etc.

Is this a joke? I'm sorry but there are so many people posting "fake" questions that I can't keep straight what is a joke and what is not.

If you currently run a few times a week I think it is do-able. Otherwise I'd say you'd be pushing it!
-
I log cleaning but not dishes, dusting or general tidying. I count laundry (I have to go up 3 flights of stairs multiple times), sweeping, mopping and vacuuming and wall washing because I usually do it a pretty good clip and usually break a sweat. I rarely eat those calories back in full (maybe just a tiny portion). FYI: I…

I have a cheat day once a week and that day varies but is usually on the weekend. I don't go hog wild but do have things I wouldn't normally have on the week days.

I'm shocked with what you are doing that you wouldn't be losing inches at least. That's odd. My best guess is that you are overestimating your calories burned but I dunno. Perhaps you just don't have that much to lose!
