  • don't sound like good friends to me, I don't care how many years you guys been friends, let them move on and you do the same, if they are making you un happy leave them be, if they are true friends they will find you, if not, then your just being unfair to yourself, move on out and let them be, you cant figure out whats…
  • Sounds to me like depression, get to a doctor and talk to them and see what its all about, don't suffer like this, even though you may be up one day and down the next could be a chemical imbalance in your brain, BEEN THERE LIVED IT, didn't like it, went on medication yrs ago and now every day is what I make it! Good luck…
  • First thing I did besides logging calories in and out was get myself a used stationary bike, its old but with a few adjustments I ride it and the weight came off, no it didn't happen over night but gaining doesn't happen that way either, and once it started it kept going, and the more I lost the better I felt and am…
  • you can add me as a friend, the more the merrier I always say, plus I need motivation after losing 80 pounds myself, I have binged a wee bit and would like to lose 10 myself............. always have an open diary too.
  • Hello, Ive been using it for about a year and a half, and look at me now! We all start out slowly and as you count those calories and burn them off you will also lose too. BUT you have to work on it, on yourself, you cannot lose if you don't try, put it this way did you TRY to gain weight? Probably not, so you have to TRY…
  • Hi, it will happen, don't ya know the saying losing the last ten pounds is the hardest? Don't give up, stay strong and eventually one day it will go away, good luck
  • I don't call it cheat days, I just exercise and eat whatever I like to eat and account for it in my diary, if I want a donut for 400 calories I have one, or oreos or pizza, I track it all,. If you call it a cheat day then I feel your not being honest with yourself, so here Ive lost almost 80 and still eating junk food.…
  • If your not losing weight the way you want to you need to see your doctor, they will give you help where you need it, as for swings I lost and gained too, but you have to remember when working out you gain muscle first, fat will come off later, good luck and dont be a quitter.
  • have an open diary and ask others who join your quest to do the same, you can add me for starters, its nice to see what others are eating, I have to count my carbs as well as calories, its not easy but everything is doable! Good luck
  • wow huge inspiration for everyone and yourself, I have lost 56 pounds in the past year and am so happy with myself also, mostly thru calorie counting on here and riding my stationary bike, I like the results. • Just take care of yourself, if they were true friends and family, they wouldn't judge you or unfriend you, maybe your better w/out them. Keep up the good work, we're all here for you, ONLY YOU CAN CHANGE YOU~ YOU CANT CHANGE THEM
  • If your hungry, eat.............. plan to lose 1 pound a week, two is really pushing it, if you don't eat you will binge, and thats not what this is about, if your a diatician you should already know this, do it the right way , you will get there. good luck
  • This is not a diet, its a change for life, look at it that way, every once in awhile I also have a real piece of cake and or ice cream or whatever I want, I just work harder thru exercise to have it...........dont beat yourself up this is a change and challenging but worth it........
  • i SOMETIMES BINGE AT NIGHT ALSO, so if I do, I add all I ate to the previous day, because really you should be sleeping for 6 to 8 hours w/out food, your body really should fast over nite and you should be hungry in the am. Try drinking water before bed, like I said I used to do it a lot but now its just once in awhile, I…

  • Hi Happens to me a lot also, but I try to stay within my calories for the day, and or exercise a bit more, but just make a healthy choice you will be fine, and if you don't and do indulge in a sinful snack go for it, because I notice if I am craving something and I don't feed that bear, I will over eat everything else. Try…

Be honest with yourself and others, keep your diary open let others help you along your way, and you should do very well. Eating the right amount is very important but exercise of some sort is the major key, find what you like to do…
  • Im a diabetic so I strive for under 220 a day broken down its about 40 for breakfast, 40 for lunch and about 60 or so so dinner, and 3 snacks about 15 a piece, keeps my blood sugar from spiking. Have to have some form of carbs a day, can't run your body without them.
  • anything with carbs is high! always try for whole grain or whole wheat.
