I love it too! I don't always follow the program day by day like it shows. I kind of go on how I feel because I do several other w.o. I agree eat them - you don't need to eat them all but you should eat some back. It's been working great for me!!

Losing weight is not cheap that's for sure!! Congrats on hitting your goal!! Several of my friends are trying to share some items of clothing - gets to big on one and hands off to another. Works for some things but not all, but it does help the pocketbook.

Finished my first 5K in April (HUGE accomplishment for me) - and have been addicted to running ever since!! I love it! I have never ever in my life been a runner but I sure do enjoy it now - a great stress reliever!!

I am the same way - I have to wait to have breakfast till I am at work or I am starving all day. On the weekends I eat it later too. Doesn't matter what I eat either - I have tried all kinds of filling things and I am still hungry an hour later.

I get up at 4am M-F and the weekends I am up by 6 or 7 - if I don't I just don't get the time for myself to get my workout in and I get interupted to much. Great info!! I drink tons of water and am still going strong with the workouts even though I am sore. I have been adding in extra stretching time in several times a day when ever I can sneak it in to try to keep everything moving and stretched out . Part of the problem is I sit all day at work and get stiff.

I have been doing Turbo Fire for several months now and love it - I really like Chalene Johnson workouts in general - I mix it up with the Turbo Jam workouts which I have been doing for close to 2 years and still love them - Glad you like it!!
