Here is my take on the two - P90x - •Upside - Best all around fitness program. Full body workout for sure! It’s 3 resistance workouts 2 cardio workouts and 1 yoga per week. Rest on the 7th day. Dont make yourself feel worse by eating something bad. It might seem ok now because you are feeling down, but later you will really regret it. I always do. All the suggestions here are very good. You probably should add some sort of fruit and/or nuts to your diet. It will allow you to hit your 1200 calories and not feel like you are over eating.

Welcome to the site! Yes, at first I thought 1200 calories was a low number too. But as I started to track my food intake, I did notice that I could eat that level of calories and be content. So...I have been using MFP for 5 weeks. I did not even know that 1. you can share diary with friends or public and 2. that I can also track something other than calories, protein, fat, and carbs.
