    I began by still eating my regular types of foods, just smaller quantities. Now I am changing it up for MORE FOOD but better for me. And still staying within my calorie goal. I'm only about 1 1/2 weeks in but so far it hasn't been too challenging. If I decide to have something "cheatish" then I just be sure to exercise that many calories away! Good Luck to you!!     Quick question. I used sparpeople prior, kinda the same except when I input my exercise here it states I earned 607 "extra calories? This means I am supposed to eat more?? No way?!

    OK, just kidding, I scoped the topic boards out and found out the info. Guess I better eat some calories. I think i found out the reason for my weightloss slump though! Good stuff!
