Tha MFP database for exercise calories is wayyyy wayyyyy off and I would never advice someone to use it. I love love this site but this aprt of the site simply does not work. The calorie burn is always too high. Google loads of different calorie calculators and you should find a good average! Or invest in a HRM!

So many people aretold they are normal yet have all the symptoms. Demand you go back on it and just make sure your levels dont go high There is nothing dangerous about being on it as long as you dont go high Please do your research, you will find so many people who were in a position like yours good luck xox

IT'S very very simple Your weight can fluctuate by as much as 7lbs in one day When you weigh again in the morning it will go back down. Obviously as you put food and drink into your body it will weigh something! You should only weight yourself first thing in the morning.
