    you hit the nail on the head with this!

    i have friends always tell me that they want to come to the gym with me, or sit down and workout a meal plan/grocery list...but they need to do this, get this, figure this out etc etc...

    then 3 months later when they have gained another 5lbs they again tell me they want to but they have another lot of excuses...

    there will never be a right time...ever! but today is always the right day to start!
