The day after eating items that aren't as Heath for you tend to be hard.... Your body is unbalanced and trying to resolve itself and purify itself. It's easy to mistake those unsettling feelings for the urge to eat more, I know I do. Stay strong.... You got this!

Me-12 Food- 4 Realized I don't care for the word binge. It is like submitting to my weaknesses, has a poor connotation. Instead, I am just using food....I just ate too much food. Helps me feel a little more empowered to know I can be in control over food versus such a strong action of binging.

I messed up last night and want to binge so bad today. I just had a mini binge, why can't I control myself? It's painful both to be out of control and in control....it's so weird.

You are not the only one. Be proud of the days you havent felt the need to binge. What made those days so great? Use other's as motivation.....Use yourself as motivation. You got this!!!

I agree. I try to have a mantra for each day noting the sense of pride I can gain physically, emotionally, and mentally if I eat well. It's just a vicious cycle for me. I would like to put an end to that. I appreciate your support! You are all my inspiration!

I tend to be busy during the day and out and about so much that I rely on what I pack. I also try not to eat much during the day to keep my calories down. I dont know, on my food portion, for my goal calories, it states 1200. Then, when I exercise it increases, of course......

Thanks for your reply. Can you explain you weekends where you "cycle up calories"? Do you mean you burn excess on the weekends cause you have more time?

I do things like this as well. Add: lemon slices, orange slices, pineapple tidbits, herbal teas without sugar but use stevia or something instead....keep a pitcher in your fridge with the water prepared and flavored, that may help. I also think having a really fun glass or water bottle to drink from is encouraging.…

I like the tea....and stevia. Yes, I do the same. Right now in fact....white pear tea in my big thermos. Delicious...but I really want to go back to the kitchen and nibble.
