I've bought it and it's sitting there waiting for me to start, but doing a month of 30DS and Pilates first. Let me know what you think of it.

Hello, I'm Emma from Swansea. I've been on MFP for a good while now but don't access this part very often as i tend to use the app on my phone instead. I've just qualified as a nutritionist and have started studying sports nutrition, so feel free to pick my brains, I need the practise. I've just signed up for the Swansea…

I've seen the comment to try yoga, which I wholeheartedly agree with, but there is also Pilates which is amazing exercise.

Turbo fire is a brilliant workout. I'm not following the schedule at the moment as I am tending to mix up my workouts, but keep posting your progress, it's a great motivator.

Once a week I do a turbo fire workout in the morning and then a kettle bell class in the evening, my instructor told me that there is no need to do both but it's okay as long as I have the energy. I don't double up more than once a week though. :-)

The Shock Absorber is brilliant, mine don't move when I'm wearing one of them. They normally retail at around £36 but they are on ebay for a lot cheaper. x

I know how you feel. Nearly got to where I wanted to be and had an accident laying me up for nearly five months. I didn't gain back much, thank goodness, and have now had the go ahead by the physio to start working out again. I've got about 14lb left to final target so feel free to add me for support x

Everyone feel free to add me. I previously did nine weeks of TF and then in a bizarre accident I tore the ligaments in both ankles so have been out of action for 9 weeks (nothing to do with TF). I'm starting back today and am so excited, nothing is going to stop this time around lol xx

OMG, fantastic results. You look amazing. I'm so glad I came across this post, I've been laid up for nearly two weeks with sprained ankles and it was really starting to get me down (I had been doing Turbo Fire up to my accident). I can't do anything on my feet but I can get the weights out and work my core and upper body,…

You look fantastic, well done, all your hard work is definitely paying off. Also, what you said is so true, we really are the only ones who can make any changes. Emma x

Thank you, that was very interesting.

Well I thought that this post would open up a nice lively debate, but I was obviously wrong. Never mind, I'll just have to keep wondering....

I completed week one yesterday (again). Starting week 2 later today. I had already 8 weeks but due to work commitments really struggled to get every workout in for two weeks, so instead of picking up where i left off I decided to start from scratch. With regard to the change of schedule/discs, the TF pack being sent out…

Hi I'm always shifting my rest day around to suit my life (work part time and run my own business), this week I'm swapping Wednesday and Thursday, so go for it, it's whatever suits you. If you find you have two HIIT sessions in a row because of this just jiggle the schedule a little. x

Okay, you're down because the weight isn't coming off and you can't exercise because you are recovering from an operation. At the moment you just need to concentrate on getting well. Eat healthy and take it easy, maybe this will be the boost your body needs to kick start the weightloss after recovery. I'm constantly being…
