Need some friends (to battle the flab!)

Hi folks,

I've come back to MFP after a bit of a break as I need to kick some serious chubby in the *kitten* (...my *kitten*!) I lost about 28lbs about 3 years ago now and have been loitering around my current weight ever since then. I'm definitely fitter and stronger since I exercise a lot more now, but I'm getting married next year and want to get back on track with my original weight loss goal.

Height: 5' 7"
Current Weight: 12st 6lbs
Goal: 10st 7lbs (i.e. shedding another 27lbs)

I've also been pole dancing for the last yr and a half and am at the point now where I'm only going to get better if I actually do something about my weight.

So if you fancy lending me some motivation and I will gladly return the favour :)

p.s. considering starting Insanity in a few weeks if anyone wants to join me!

    I took a burlesque class once (we used a chair) and it was great. I love exercise that makes you feel sexy as well as look sexy!

    congrats on your upcoming nuptials
    Why not share in your dieting some of the same power of motivation you have shown with your pole dancing routine and exercise!!
    Think about it my dear, now those last stubborn pounds will leave the right place!! The sweet *kitten* your new husband should already be doting on... hehehe
