Day 1 was Jan 1, Day 171 was a few days ago. Went from 181.5lbs, 42%BF, Size 12 US pants to 160lbs 19.7%, Size 6 US pants.
Routine: 30DS for two months, Stronglifts 5x5 / Heavy Lifting from Mar to present. Also started Couch 25k, running for 25 minutes at the moment. Eat 2300 on active days, up to 1900 on rest

Before 327ish After 189. Workout 4 days/week. Eat clean and try to keep it to single ingredient foods. Supplement with protein powder when on the go or in a rush.

Pic on the left was 235 lbs, after I had already lost 10 lbs. Pic on the right is down 40 lbs.
I've cut out bread for the most part, just eating whole grains. Also off dairy. I'm working my way thru 30DS slowly. I've just been moving a lot.

Start weight 185, Current weight 151. 34 lbs lost. Eating healthy and exercising. It took 4 months in all. I had a goal to lose this weight before I turned 30. I have 10lbs to go and my Birthday is in August. Still chugging along.

First photo taken last summer at about 126 and the heaviest I have been (outside pregnancy). Admittedly I had been eating strudel and drinking German wheat beer all week but definitely not a good look for me. I started MFP in February and the last photo was taken a few weeks ago at 108 (June). MFP has worked for me as it helps me consider portion size as well and keeps me focused on running, cycling and getting those calories burned.
Strangely enough my husband says he never saw me as very heavy and finds it amazing to see just how much I had to lose. Of course he says he likes me now but also was happy then. Very diplomatic, lol

Now 162.5 (And honestly, i look better than I did 5 years ago at my lowest of 155. I you strength training)

Wow! Congratulations to ALL of you. I can't wait until I can't recognize my self in the mirror. ~25 pounds now and excited. These are truly inspirational pictures! lost 73lbs so far in six months on the alternate day fasting diet and some work on cardio in the gym 3 days a week
